Lee has been active in the implementation and support of sophisticated, vertical market application software since 1980. Lee brings a deep knowledge and understanding of project management processes, membership and fundraising applications, accounting, order fulfillment, customer service, and distribution systems.

Lee began to service the non-profit market in 1994 and has since worked with approximately 230 non-profit organizations. Lee is focused exclusively on the tax-exempt sector, delivering and implementing ASI's iMIS Membership and iMIS Fund Raising applications, and several other sophisticated solutions that include Content Management, Communications and Collaboration tools, and extensive Program, Class, Seminar and Facilities Management applications. Lee is a longtime member of NYSAE, has served for many years on the Technology and Education Committees and has participated in many industry events as both a speaker and coordinator of educational programs. While Lee and his company has received numerous industry awards, one of his favorite moments was being honored with the 2000 NYSAE Outstanding Associate Member Award. Lee was also honored as the 2010 NYSAE Outstanding Committee Chair.

One of Lee’s proudest achievements was his involvement in the initial formation of NiUG, the International iMIS User Group which currently has over 800 organization members. Lee has been very active in the iMIS community and (C) Systems is generally regarded as the largest Authorized iMIS Solution Partner (AiSP). (C) Systems is a multi-year winner of ASI’s AiSP of the Year award, an achievement that is the result of the work of a large number of dedicated and talented (C) Systems’ staff. Lee Graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Information Systems from the Leeds School of Business in 1979.

Ray Ferraro - Director of Product Development. Ray brings over 20 years of product development experience to (C) Systems. Ray has responsibility for the key product offerings at (C) Systems including Point, Click, Query (PCQ), The Congregation Management Suite, and Program Manager. Ray has been in the iMIS delivery channel for 7 years and is a senior technical and development resource at (C) Systems.
