Relationships Management

The iMIS Relationship Management suite provides your organization with the ability to manage all aspects of relationships with individuals, organizations, and groups of all kinds.  With the iMIS Relationship Management suite you can record and track contact, organizational, and transaction data; define chapters, track enrollment, and maintain rosters; track committee members, terms, and position; manage communication with members, donors, volunteers, and other constituents; and allow individuals to update and manage contact information online.


Customer Management
Allows you to collect, categorize and manage all of the names and different addresses for all constituents throughout their entire relationship lifecycle.  Any constituent interaction, whether commerce based or call logs and other activities, is used to build a complete view of your constituent's participation.  Features include:  Contact Management, Activity Tracking, Demographic Management, Committee Management, Address Management, Online Profile Management and Directories.


Process Manager
The tool that pulls everyone together to work towards a common goal, and in a standardized way.  Process Manager integrates with many areas of iMIS, and its greatest feature is that your prospects and key contact records all reside within iMIS.  Process Manager coordinates the activities of the moves manager, primary player and other important contacts working to secure major and planned gifts.  Features include:  Opportunities Management, Assign and Track Actions, Reporting and Analysis.


TaskCentre

iMIS TaskCentre provides workflow automation, monitoring iMIS data, incoming email and the calendar to automatically launch processes that otherwise would consume hours of staff time and attention.  Features include:  Advanced Business Alerts, Workflow, Document Automation, Subscriptions and Requests.


iEmail

Access your iMIS contacts, ad hoc queries, committees, events and views directly from Microsoft Outlook.  Insert sent and received emails including attachments into iMIS as activities.  Plus import iMIS tasks and appointments into Outlook.  Features include:  Emails, Activities, Tasks, Appointments.
