(C) Systems is a growing application consulting company focused in the non-profit marketplace. We have rackspace located at a Tier 1 Data Center in Carteret, NJ. We are looking to hire a motivated person to augment the team who currently manages our hosting center operations and our internal IT operations. The right candidate will possess the following:
- 4 year technical degree is desired, but not required
- Experience managing Windows, IIS, MS SQL, Citrix or TS and Cold Fusion
- A positive attitude and a sense of humor wouldn't hurt
- You've got to be able to take charge, accept responsibility and get things done.
- We are looking for a decision maker, a person who can take the heat and be able to stay abreast of new technologies
- We are looking for someone who understands how everything works together, a mediator, a go-between of the conflicting demands of developers, server administrators, business managers
- The ability to work odd hours, evenings and weekends as necessary
- The ability to be on-site at our offices and at the data center almost immediately in emergency situations
- An ability to design sophisticated hosting solutions for our customer base
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Experience managing enterprise level database, website and email applications is desired
