(C)onnect is the name for the integration product that enables the etouches event management platform to correctly interface with the iMIS 15 platform. The (C)onnect product is a true integration with bi-directional data exchange that allows organizations all the flexibility, event planning and registration tools they desire from the etouches platform with the robust membership, accounting and reporting functionality of their iMIS systems on which the organization relies.
Technical Information
(C)onnect offers the following technical features:
Single Sign-On from an iMIS Public website to etouches' eReg registration module (other SSO options available, ask us)
Create an Account, for new records not currently in iMIS
New Member Join with creation of corresponding subscription record (for simple dues scenarios)
Support for Guest registrations
Creation of Event registrations in iMIS that include an open AR
Creation of an iMIS batch, with full accounting entries including GL account details
Ability to modify existing registrations and key personal profile information in etouches with write-back to iMIS
Preservation of existing iMIS event reporting and marketing processes
Ability to configure events in etouches with (C)onnect creating and maintaining a corresponding event in iMIS to avoid manual rekey and set up of events
